Joaquin Bordado (1988)

After murdering the men he deems responsible for his son’s death (or injury, the boy seems to be alive again at the end of the movie), Joaquin Bordado is imprisoned with a mysterious elderly man who covers his new cellmate’s body with magical animal tattoos. On his release, Bordado goes after the local crime syndicate.
